I run a regular Business Mastermind Group from my offices in Cardiff.
I do this because I recognise the importance to a business owner or leader to be in the company of individuals who will support, encourage and share experiences. The company we keep is paramount and when we strive for excellence (something not too many people actually do), having a team of like-minded individuals on your side is a big advantage and gives you a deep pool of collective resources to draw upon.
A good Mastermind group will help you build your business, increase your turnover, add to your marketing skills and give you that fresh way of looking at what you do (an outsider’s view), a place to get solid and reliable feedback as well as in the long term providing a truly loyal and close network of business associates.
I’ve found this to be invaluable in building my business and I found I had to travel to London every month to find that right group of like-minded people. This is why I started a Mastermind group at my offices in Cardiff – to recreate that supportive and dynamic community a little nearer home!
